Medellin Investments LLC is located in San Antonio, Texas.
A majority of our business is out of San Antonio but we have
investment partners that we work with to purchase homes all
over the state of Texas. We have hundreds of investment
partners that we work with to purchase homes for investment
purposes. Whether its a property that Medellin Investments or
our partners intend to resell, buy and rent, or owner occupy,
our main focus is the satisfaction of the homeowner. We
strive so that everyone wins and everyone is happy with the
deal.

Medellin Investments is also the exclusive territory director for
EDC Capital Partners. EDC Capital Partners is a private
lending and consulting firm that provides loans and consulting
services for residential real estate investors that buy and
rehabilitate distressed real estate. We are backed by one of
the nation's most premier private money companies, allowing
us to acquire more properties than your average real estate
investor.

The mission of W.I.N. is to bring wholesalers and investment
buyers together in a networking environment to assist in the
buying and selling of real estate investment properties.

which focuses on providing investors with an abundance of
