Medellin Investments LLC, owned by Sergio Medellin Jr., is
located in San Antonio, Texas. A majority of our business is
out of San Antonio but we have investment partners that we
work with to purchase homes all over the state of Texas. We
have thousands of investment partners that we work with to
purchase homes for investment purposes. Whether its a
property that Medellin Investments or our partners intend to
resell, buy and rent, or owner occupy, our main focus is the
satisfaction of the homeowner. We strive so that everyone
